One of the most important causes of odour nuisance in biogas (fermentation) plants is the release of hydrogen sulphide (H2S). People can smell the “rotten egg” odour of H2S already at very low concentrations in air. In addition, ammonia is released during the thermal drying of digistate.
AEC Systems provides a selection of high quality standard scrubber systems that are extremely suitable for biogas plants. For a standard scrubber on site testing with our mobile test scrubber and measurements are not necessary. Also the production process is much shorter so we can respond quickly in case of urgency. Flexibility and high availability of our products are significant factors of our corporate philosophy. Depending on the customer needs we look for the right standard model.
You can leave the entire process from design, production and assembly right up to starting up the finished unit in our capable hands. As AEC Systems is a full service partner, we can also carry out maintenance activities for the installations.
