🚧Project update 2- Air Purification System for Large Biogas Plant

This week marked a key milestone in our turnkey air treatment project at the sustainable biogas plant in Farmsum, the Netherlands. Two large industrial air scrubbers were successfully delivered to the construction site and temporarily offloaded. Once the final site preparations are complete, the scrubbers will be moved into their permanent operational positions.
Smart Transport and Safe Installation
Transporting and positioning large-scale air purification units requires much more than a heavy-duty crane. It demands precise coordination, technical expertise, and strict adherence to safety standards.
To ensure a safe and seamless installation, our team developed a detailed lifting plan in advance. This plan accounted for key factors such as load distribution, lifting points, equipment dimensions, and weather conditions. All certified lifting equipment—including slings, spreader bars, and lifting straps—was thoroughly pre-inspected and adjusted to comply with international safety regulations.
Thanks to favorable wind conditions in Farmsum (wind force 3–4), the lifting operation was completed smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
