High standards when it comes to hygiene

In areas where food is manufactured, it’s essential to have safe and effective cleaning practises.

This means that there are high hygiene requirements for the air treatment process. At the start of the design phaseof an odour control system, the periodical maintenance and cleaning of the installation must be taken into account.

AEC Systems has extensive experience in emission treatment for the food production industry and the related specific demands. Over the years we have developed various odour and emission reduction techniques that we can use depending on the customer's situation.

You can leave the entire process from design, production and assembly right up to starting up the finished unit in our capable hands. All installations can be delivered turnkey, both in standard and complete customization. As AEC Systems is a full service partner, we can also carry out maintenance activities for the installations.

Our Cold Plasma Injector (CPI), which uses ozone, is an effective technique for the food industry. It is often used for odour components that are resistant to or are not soluble in water. The compact system can be placed indoors and outdoors. It needs no fule, chemicals of water and requires only a little electricity.

Optionally this technique can be extended with a biofilter or scrubber for maximum emission reduction.
