Multiple reduction applications
Drying manure and digestates results in high emissions of odour, ammonia and particulate matter. By applying AEC air treatment techniques, emissions of ammonia, particulate matter and odour during manure processing can be reduced considerably.
Multi Purpose Scrubber most effective in manure processing
Manure processing plants have often used the experience of AEC Systems to reduce emissions. Usually we recommend our MPS, a scrubber with several scrubbing stages. In the first stage, H2S is added to the wash water to neutralize the ammonia. In the second stage other additives are added to filter other odours from the process air. Furthermore the scrubber can be extended with a next stage to eliminate particulate matter. This way the scrubber has multiple applications.
