During the processing of household waste, waste is separated and thermally treated. In addition, a pungent, unpleasant air is released that causes odor nuisance in the environment.
AEC Systems has various air treatment techniques to combat odor nuisance. Which technique comes out best in practice is highly dependent on the situation.
Through odor tests with our mobile air scrubber and / or a CPI-test unit we can show which technique is best suited to reduce odor emissions at the waste management plant.
Our Cold Plasma Injector injects plasma containing ozone into the process air. This immediately causes oxidation reaction. Any present odour molecules in the air fall apart into smaller molecules that human olfaction cannet detect. These oxidation products can then be released into the ambient air without any problem. In this way, smell is optimally removed from the process air and ventilation ducts. High efficiency is achieved as the odor removal takes place directly at the source.
You can leave the entire process from design, production and assembly right up to starting up the finished unit in our capable hands. As AEC Systems is a full service partner, we can also carry out maintenance activities for the installations.
